What to Expect

A Clear Giving Experience

Giving should never feel uncertain. Here is exactly what happens, step by step.

  1. 01

    Choose a Pathway

Identify whether your gift is institutional, corporate, in-kind or a long-term giving conversation.

  2. 02

    Send an Inquiry

Share a short summary with BAF's team. No payment or card details are collected by email or web form.

  3. 03

    Review Together

BAF reviews the proposal for mission alignment, current need, safeguarding and practical usefulness.

  4. 04

    Stay Informed

Choose separately whether to receive program and organisational updates.

  5. 05

    Review Impact

Explore verified reports and approved impact information as they become available.

Donors are never added to marketing communications automatically. Newsletter consent is always a separate, optional choice.

Transparency & Stewardship

Give With Confidence

BAF would rather publish less than overstate. These commitments apply to every gift, whatever its size or form.

Responsible Stewardship

BAF applies contributions in accordance with approved programs, organisational needs and accepted written restrictions.

Verified Reporting

BAF publishes figures only when they include a clear source, reporting period and appropriate review.

Donor Privacy

Donor information is handled responsibly and is not publicly disclosed without permission.

Honest Limitations

BAF explains what has not yet been measured and avoids unsupported claims about impact.

Receipts, Currency and Tax

BAF has not yet confirmed a payment provider, accepted currencies, transaction fees or automated receipting, so none of these are claimed here. For gifts made by direct arrangement, BAF's team confirms in writing what documentation can be provided. Tax treatment may depend on the BAF entity receiving the gift and the donor's jurisdiction — donors should consult their own qualified tax adviser.
