Our Focus
BAF works across charitable services, education and STEM, healthcare delivery, youth advocacy and empowerment, and agricultural development — in the Washington DC Metropolitan Area and across Nigeria and West Africa.
Who We Are
The Bayo Arowolaju Foundation (BAF) works to build a healthier and more sustainable community — one where justice, fairness, and equity become the new order, and younger generations have the resources to reach their full potential.
We partner with communities, educators, clinicians, and local leaders across Nigeria, the United States, and the diaspora to deliver programs across five focus areas: charitable services, education, healthcare delivery, youth advocacy, and agricultural development.

Charitable Services
2021 — A children's Christmas celebration held with HRM Princess Adetutu Fadahunsi, Regent of Ijan-Ekiti, bringing gifts and a festive day to children in the community.
Outcome: Gifts, food and a shared celebration for local children.
Charitable Services→Healthcare Delivery
2021 — Themed “Availability, Affordability and Accessibility to Functioning Primary Healthcare System and Diagnostic Radiology,” with guest speaker Prof. Temitope O. Bello, MBBS, MD, FWACS, FMCR, Consultant and Professor of Radiology, LAUTECH.
Outcome: Cross-pillar awards: Excellence in Healthcare/Medicine, Community Leadership, Best Teacher of the Year and the Oluwafisayo Adesanya Endowment Scholarship.
Healthcare Delivery→Healthcare Delivery
8 December 2021, 8AM–4PM — Free tests and treatment for respiratory infections, UTIs, skin infections, hypertension, diabetes, malaria, typhoid, peptic ulcer, asthma, arthritis and eye problems, plus free contraceptives and family planning counselling.
Outcome: Free same-day screening, treatment and counselling.
Healthcare Delivery→Education & STEM
Recurring since 2017 — Preliminary and final stages held across Ekiti State secondary schools. In 2021 the preliminary stage ran on 24 November and the final on 1 December.
Outcome: Prizes have included laptops, Android phones and cash awards for winning students and schools.

BAF is committed to responsible programming, transparent reporting, participant dignity, and careful stewardship of every partnership and contribution.
Programs are designed with community partners and delivered only where BAF can support them well.
Participation is voluntary, private, and never conditional. Stories are published only with informed consent.
We publish figures only once they are verified, and we account carefully for every partnership and contribution.
