The Bayo Arowolaju Foundation (BAF) exists to build a healthier and more sustainable community — one where justice, fairness, and equity become the new order, and younger generations have the resources to reach their full potential. We work alongside communities, educators, clinicians, and local leaders across Nigeria, the United States, and the diaspora to deliver programs across five focus areas: charitable services, education, healthcare delivery, youth advocacy, and agricultural development.

Our Story
Seven Years of Showing Up
BAF began with a simple observation: too many communities lack access to the basic services — charitable support, education, healthcare, youth opportunity, and agricultural development — that help people and places thrive.
We started with direct community outreach in Ekiti State, Nigeria, and have grown into a foundation working across five focus areas in both Nigeria and the United States.

Community First
BAF's work began with direct outreach: food distribution, holiday programs, and support for families facing immediate need in Ekiti State and the Washington DC Metropolitan Area.

Expanding Our Focus
Over time, BAF's programming grew to include education and academic competitions, healthcare outreach, and youth empowerment initiatives — each addressing a different dimension of community need.

Five Focus Areas, One Mission
Today, BAF works across charitable services, education & STEM, healthcare delivery (including expanding mental health and psychiatric care access), youth advocacy & empowerment, and agricultural development.
