Contact FAQ

Questions before you write

Which pathway should I use for mental-health support?

Please use the Get Help page rather than the contact form. It lists immediate crisis resources and explains how BAF can help you understand and navigate ongoing support. The contact form is not monitored continuously and is not an emergency service.

Can I visit a BAF office without an appointment?

No. The addresses listed on this page are used for organizational correspondence and are not walk-in service locations. Any in-person meeting must be arranged in advance.

How do I request a community or school program?

Start on the Programs page to see which programming is currently approved and available, then send a Program or Community Inquiry through the form on this page with your organization, location and the audience you work with.

How do I apply to volunteer?

Volunteering has its own application, screening and safeguarding process. Visit the Volunteer With BAF page and complete the dedicated application there rather than using the general contact form.

Where can I find employment opportunities?

Open roles, how BAF hires and what candidates can expect are published on the Careers page. Job applications are not accepted through the general contact form.

How do I contact BAF about a partnership?

Select Partnership as the inquiry type in the form on this page and describe the organization you represent and the collaboration you have in mind.

How do journalists submit media inquiries?

Select Media Inquiry as the inquiry type and include your outlet, the focus of the story and your deadline. Media inquiries are routed to BAF's communications contact.

How is information submitted through the form handled?

Submissions are stored securely, routed according to the inquiry type you select and made available only to the BAF team members who need them to respond. We ask for the minimum information necessary and do not use contact submissions for advertising.

How do I raise a complaint or safeguarding concern?

Select Complaints and Concerns as the inquiry type, or read the Complaints & Concerns page first for a full explanation of the process. These submissions are handled through a restricted workflow rather than a shared general inbox.
