Complaints & Concerns

If something goes wrong, tell us.

Complaints help us protect participants and improve how our programmes are run.

1. Tell us what happened

Send us a description of the concern through the contact page, including where and when it happened and who was involved, as far as you are comfortable sharing.

2. We acknowledge it

A member of BAF's team confirms that we have received your complaint and tells you who is reviewing it.

3. We review it

We look into the concern with the people involved. Where a safeguarding issue is identified, it is escalated to BAF leadership immediately.

4. We respond

We explain what we found, what we are changing, and what you can do if you are not satisfied with the outcome.

Complaints can be submitted anonymously, though this may limit how far we can investigate. Start with the contact page. BAF is not an emergency service and messages are not monitored continuously.
